kensar
Started this recently - a Williams Bros 1/32 Caudron C.460. I will model the 1936 Thompson Trophy winner as pictured on the box art. I am adding some detail in the cockpit and wheel wells. Engine plug with pushrod detail in brass. I am adding a pilot figure. This is a figure from Immense Miniatures that has been re-posed to a large extent. Also rebuilding the landing gear for sharper detail. This brings me up to date. Comments welcome and thanks for looking in. denders, Troy Molitor, rafju and 7 others
DerekB
Love a slick racer, and these were sure slick! Your rendition of monsieur Detroyet looks great!
kensar
I've been somewhat negligent at posting updates, but there is not much to this model. I have found some more interesting wheels in the parts box and the decals were a nightmare - they wouldn't release from the backing paper and had to be peeled off at the very high risk of being torn. I used some decal saver liquid to help in this regard. After a clear coat to seal the decals I should be finishing this soon. rafju, Troy Molitor, LSP_Kevin and 7 others
