rudd*ratt
Greetings everyone! Being a newbie here, I didn't want to make my entry with guns blazing and all that, but I love model aircraft of all genres and scales, with a serious passion for those that flew during the Great War, so I hope that this is a good way to introduce myself. I've enjoyed looked at many of the builds on this site and I'm blown away by the quality of the workmanship I've seen so far. So, here's one of mine, completed earlier this year. It's from the Eduard dual-combo set, built OOB with the exception of Master-Model cooling jackets and gun barrels for the Spandaus. The streaked camo was hand-painted using artist oils treated with a little japan drier. This stuff speeds up the cure time of the paint, but also makes it flow and blend beautifully. Hope you like the pics.

rudd*ratt
Wow, thanks for the warm welcome fellas! Sure makes me feel right at home. Frank, great to see ya buddy! ...and thanks for telling me about the LSP forum. This is gonna be fun! Kevin, yep, Jasta Boelcke is correct. It's Hermann Frommherz' mount. He scored his first victories with them before taking over the command of Jasta 27 from Goering.
LSP_K2
I assumed it was Jasta Boelcke, as I just finished 214/17 (flown by Wilhelm Papenmeyer), about a year ago.
