Aftermarket Resin Plea! Fw 190F's

The 190 one looked like a bar of soap and it attached to the centerline hard point. I also made a rack for the 109 to carry 4X50Kg bombs along with the AB 250 and 500Kg anti-pers bombs and also a 190A-9 and F-9 conversion. So you might want to consider those if you are hell bent on the Jabo stuff.

Fighters will always trump jabos with modelers though,

J

I thought so J. (I simply got the two mixed up - apologies).I believe that you are right about modellers preferences overall, so I'll see which way the wind blows on this before I do anything.

Cheers

Here's JR's ER4 being used for a build on Hyperscale;

The other rack you show (fitted exclusively to 109s AFAIK) is what I know as an ETC 50 rack - different solution to same issue. Eduard make a half decent one of these as a set to compliment their 109E series - link http://www.aeroscale...content&id=4413

There are two versions of the ER4 (late/early) but they are both hung on the 190's ETC 501 rack. The ETC 50 was attached directly to the 109's belly. Hope I've got all that right - think so.

PS - Arthur Bentley does a lovely set of 190 drawings that include just about everything ever hung from beneath them - bombs, guns, cannon, fuel tanks and rockets - http://www.albentley-drawings.com/fw190a_f_g.htm top line of five sheets. Lovely stuff.!
