Menelaos
For the antiglare panel on the front cockpit I used the Kit part...(worked with the dremel) and some plastic sheet to give it a shape...
Menelaos
the canopy frame of the Kit is a bit too narrow... so I had to put some plastic sheet stripes along the zentral frames... I also stared building the gunsight ....(a lot to do more on it....)
Menelaos
today I added the frames inside the front canopy...

Menelaos
today I made some work inside the canopy... the tube with the holes on it is part of the airconditioning to have a clear see through the windshield glas.... and I worked a bit on the gunsight
Menelaos
today I made the radar lock on light (left)and the bomb release light (right)on the mid frame of the windshield... then I made the famous cover of the instruments under the canopy...a feature for all starfighters... I just put the canopy on place to see if it fixes good... it looks right! 8)

Menelaos
today I worked some more on the front canopy ...and cut the mid canopy piece out of the canopy of the single seat. That one is somehow higher as the real one, to make room for the pilot figure inside the cockpit...here is a lot to do yet... I also cut off the front and back canopy. These are vacu formed (many thanks to Glen "KAGNEW" for making them!!) hope you like it... Edited December 21, 2010 by Menelaos
