Thanks Viper. As a sideline i buy and re-sell models that come up on various auction sites to guys on the forums and ebay. And this was in 1 of them. But couldn't find much info on it and how much they sell for. I know a lot of 1/32 kits are around £100 upwards. I collect mostly die cast british phantoms + v bombers. But do have several kits of ones i can't get in die cast at the moment. From ebay or i get Alistair Paice here to build them for me. At 65 eyes and steady hands are not as they were! Thanks again. Hi guys. Picked up one of these that was in a lot with a die cast models b-17. But never heard of them before. Plus absolutely no idea what they sell for. Arriving next week and is supposed to be complete. Any help would be appreciated for any further info and selling price. Thanks guys. Rj.

Hi guys. Came across this NIMROD on another site. And it was in camo colours! Now I know they didn't fly in these colours, but just wondering if these are/were available anywhere? Custom? Or do you know anyone that could do custom ones? Got this 1/72 Nimrod in hemp, but like to change it camo to match the Victor + Valiant on the shelf. Thanks in advance for any help.

Anyone know where or if any of the following parts/spares are available for 1/48 RAF PHANTOMS. 1. Decals for the BLUE 75th Anniversary phantom. I know they come in the hasagewa blue kit, but they are awful. 2. LOW VIS WHITE STENCILS. 3. RECCE PODS. 4. STRIKE CAMERA.

Yes I know its fictitious. guy actually made that back in 2008! have done a google search, but nothing showed up. bit I know you guys have a knack of finding/knowing where stuff is sometimes available which don't show on a search. top two shelves of my unit has 3 camo Vulcans (middle one has added lights). and victor + valiant beneath. but the nimrod is the odd one out.

Just wondering if there are any CAMO DECALS for 1/72 - 1/144 models out there?? saw this camo nimrod on unofficial airfix forum, and thought it looked really good. got a 1/72 kit and 1/144 diecast nimrod white/grey and annigrand 1/144 hemp/ I would like to convert if possible. my 1/72 kit.

Thanks! yes I know the f4j only flew in grey. but I prefer camo colours best. with that and the HK models costing a bomb I got Alistair to do me an RAF phantom last year. he did the decals by upscaling from 3 1/48 camo's he did for me earlier with my initials R,J, + W on them. he also did an A+B too. Hi guys. I think this is where you should post this. got a TAMIYA F-J built shamrocks off ebay for £75 posted! as decals were shot on one side. so I have a guy who builds my models called ALISTAIR PAICE aka ICARIS on Britmodeller. at same time I noticed another Tamiya kit on ebay with added Alcock + Brown decals. so I asked Alistair if he could change it to this. he said ok. then I found out IFA were doing a proper spey phantom. so decided to wait till the spey phantoms came out, and decide what to do with this one. so I thought black mike. only problem none had been done apart from wild hare. which is rare as hens teeth! and not cheap!! so as a long shot I put a wanted thread here. and lo and behold RICK, aka SPOOKY56 said he had some which he was never going to use and said I could have for free!! well finally the model arrived today. and another great job Alistair has done again. he has also done 4 x 1/48 Raf phantoms too. and will be doing the 2/3 spey phantoms I will be getting too. so with a huge, HUGE thank you to Rick for the decals, here she is!!!! thanks Rj. ps. if this is in wrong section, please move!

I use Flickr free at the moment. so keep all my model pics on there. as less than a thousand. first 1000 are free. the rest I keep on GOOGLE DRIVE + GOOGLE PHOTOS. and my phone which has 128gb!

as I have already said. REFINEMENTS + ADJUSTMENTS will be made! alan is a draughtsman. and he has been to 2 real phantoms to get ALL the measurements. I know he posts on Britmodeller. but not sure if he has time to do this one as well. or I can ask a question for you. when I found out he was doing I sent him a message. this was his reply. Hello Robert, I have already completed the masters for a 1/32 F4K/M Spey Phantom, it will be on display at the London Model Show on Sunday. It is a completely new model, all original, not a conversion nor a copy, as I am a draughtsman, I carried out all the measurements and calculations myself. The model itself still requires a lot of detailing and reworking in the coming months; the price will be around £195. Kind regards, Alan

well guys went to London model show today to check out ICELAND FINE ARTS 1/32 F4K/M SPEY PHANTOM. it finally exists!! ALAN WILSON had the MASTERS there on show. So below are first pics ever? of a proper brit spey phantom. STILL a lot of work and detailing to do. but should be ready by end of MARCH 2020! BUT he is only doing THIRTY to start!! @ £195. nearly half HKM price. told him needs to double or treble it. I have ordered 3 to start. so get in quick! now the pics . one on display is FAA/BLACK MIKE version. great result nonetheless!! I actually picked up one these 'ready made' off ebay a few months back for £50. I also have a 1/32 SHOWTIME, and both BBI ELITE PHANTOMS as well.
