  1. Are the bits for a D in the box, weapon pylons, dive brakes etc? If not does anyone do a conversion? Thanks in advance chaps.
  2. For me this is the most exciting part of the build, all the boring gluing, filling and sanding is done. Now there is a canvas for painting. Great work matey.
  3. Looking good mate, BZ. I hate those dull moments, I've just forgotton to glue the rudder pedals in the Ta 154 I'm working on. Never mind, it's for a quick build so you won't see on any phots luckily!
  4. Piet the master! That, young man is awesome. BZ
  5. Looking really good mate. I think the circuler jobby is a DF (Direction Finding) device.
  6. Thanks Bill, as soon as some gear forks become available I'll have a bash.
  7. The Tornado is not a good fighter...Pah, queen of the skies!
  8. Alan I have a few 48th projects plus a Spit and a Fw 190 to do before I can tackle this. I may wait for the D but if that is not forthcoming I may do a conversion job. I am jealous of you blokes as the Stuka is one of my faves. Kepp up the good work mate, I'm looking forward to seeing the first coat of paint.
  9. For my canopy in 1:48 all I did was glue a strip of 5 thou plastic card on the bottom of the canopy, it kind of worked.
  10. Thanks mate, really useful....cut, paste etc.
  11. Jay For the mag? I like what you have done so far with the shading of the paint. It's going to be awesome. Please let us know your opinions as we are all (in the main ) grown up here. I'd hate to see a Hyperscale handbags at dawn thing here. LSP is a place of tranquility and long may it remain. I keep away from Hyperscale Plane Talking or whatever it is these days because of the.................. Here is the new Tamigawafix XYZ and here is a list of the things I reckon are innaccurate......... Blimey, the kit has only been out a day and you are crucifiying it already Actually I was only pointing out a few things that might be of use to others  When was the last time you made any model  Pot Kettel, You stink  You stink worse And so it goes on. Sorry to jump in on you thread mate but please give us a personal opinion as £60 is a lot of cash on any kit let alone a resin job. P.S, I have seen that thread here.
  12. Chris That is looking mighty fine old chap. Are you going to paint the radios black or were they 66 in real life?
  13. Awesome mate, BZ. How are you going to paint it with all those sticy out bits? Are they only tacked in place?
  14. Just my quick thoughts, It seems people are polarised on this one, you either love them or hate them. Mine lasted less than a year before I replaced it with an Iwata and I have never looked back. Mine was cheaper than the Aztec and I can still use all the cups on my new airbrush which is a bargain! Just my 2p worth.
  15. Mate, that looks wicked. BZ.
  16. You don't hang around do you mate! Awesome wiring dude. I have seen somewhere the wiring colour, I can't think where though and Jay has it spot on. You could always do it yellow anyway!
  17. Piet Lovely airbrush work matey. Are you going to go to town on the weathering or leave well alone?
  18. Radu That is awesome scratch building mate. You put all of us to shame.
  19. Hi Chris That is really coming along. I can't wait to see the thing matted down, for me this is when it ceases to be a model and becomes a minature replica aeroplane. Keep it up mate. What are you going to do about the ejector pin marks in the undercarriage legs?
  20. Is kit number 4715 the kit I need for the Warbirds conversion PR XIX. The only place I can find it on the web is Kingkit, they have it for £20.
  21. Blimey mate, that was quick. Thanks for that, I had an idea for a diorama but I don't think I'll bovver. Thanks Chris, how's yours coming along?
