  9. Hi everyone, i've just finished this build, one of the rare 1/32 model i've made. THe Zoukei Mura kit is very good and pleasant to build and paint and the result is impressive. It's a Ta 152 piloted by Willy Reschke of the stab / JG 301. He claimed 3 kills on that aircraft. THanks for viewing, Cheers, Manu.
  10. Hi Roland, I'm glad to see you back. Your work is so inspiring !!! Bonnes fêtes et à bientôt, Manu.
  11. Thank you, guys. Chris : The more beautifull camo are in the first release of the kit. And the Eduard photo etched sets are beautifull and usefull, especially the cockpit and landing gear sets. Cheers, Manu.
  12. Hi guys, your words are much appreciated. LSP is a master website for me. I've used several technics to simulate the wear and tear on the wingroot. First of all, i've applied a thin coat of masking fluid (Neo masking sol) with a piece of foam (here, on a corsair) (i've no pics of that tip with the P 39) Then, i've scratched the surface of pannels with an X Acto blade. [/url At least, i've painted some scratches with a thin brush. To simulate the footprint, i've applied CMK pigments and then gently tap the surfaces with a wet piece of "Kleenex". (no pics with the P 39) A few more pics for Chris. This kit is very good but the "Hi tech" version seems far better than the first release (more photoetched parts). Cheers, Manu.
  13. Hi Everybody, It's been a long time i've not posted on LSP because i was not building 1/32. I've begun modelling this P 39 D 6 months ago and this kit is good but not easy. Canopy, wing root and landing gear are not easy to place. This model will appear in a future issue of Wingmasters, a french magazine. I hope you'll like it, Cheers, Manu.
  14. Hi Fanch ! I really do like your photos ! They 're so clear and luminous ! Of course, your paint work is quite good too ! But with such photos, it's easy !!! Cheers. Manu.
  15. Hi Brian ! Your work is so neat ! It's beautifull ! I'm impatient to see the next steps ! Cheers. Manu.
  16. Hello everybody ! I was terribly late to answer so i do it today for everyone !!!! I just want to thank you for your nice words about my work on the windscreen of the MS 406. It's such a pleasure to read it ! I make a break in the building of this plane because i have many others projects more urgents. Tom, i think that no company has made products for the Morane Saulnier (except Montex). So i think you can ask directly to MPM (Rafju has advised me to do it) export@mpm.cz But if you want, i have 2 vacformed canopy (self made canopies, so not perfects) and i can send them to you. Cheers. Manu.
  17. Hi matty ! When i see the engine of the box and the job you've done, i'm really impressed ! I think we can almost hear it vroom ! Congratulations ! Cheers. Manu PS : To answer to an old question, i'm not the Manu from Missing lynx (i don't know what is a Jaadee Character ?)
  18. Hi Hacker ! Very impressive work ! can't wait to see the next steps of building and painting ! Cheers ! Manu.
  19. Hello Roland ! I've told you ! You're made to build warbirds ! Forget your racers !!!! Your painting and weathering on the FW 190 is stunning ! I wish, one day, you will build another german fighter with a colourfull camouflage like that ! Why not a 109 or a D 9 ??? Cheers. Manu.
  20. Hello Radu ! I won't be original ! Your work is stunning ! I do like the slidding windows and the twisted wire that keeps the canopy open. These details are outstanding ! Cheers. Manu.
  21. Hi Sandro ! The result is really impressive ! The painting and weathering are subtles ! Congratulations ! Cheers. Manu.
  22. Hello nick ! Your painting is absolutely awesome ! I really like that plane with these colours ! Congratulations ! Cheers Manu.
  23. Hi ! Many thanks to Andy, Matt and Fredericks for the good ideas. I've used both ideas. I've inserted a piece of plastic card in the windshield and "vacuformed" it (thermoformed, i haven't found the correct word !?). I've made four pieces in the case my idea doesn't work. Then, I've cutted the windscreen, kept the both sides and glued them on the fuselage. I've fitted a small part of Acetate glued with KLIR. Tamiya's epoxy putty has been used to re-model the top of the windshield. The frame has been made in acetate and glued with klir and extra thin cyanoacrylate. All i've got to do now is to sand the putty with an extreme care. Cheers. Manu.
  24. Hi Radub ! It's just to say i'm really impressed when i see your work on that plane. Cheers. Manu.
