Ali62
Hi Guys I am looking for some help, as I cannot find more pictures or references. I know that the German airforce had some of these and used them for Target towing, I have found this one picture of one in Marines markings on the NET. So the question is this a ex-German aircraft, or did the US Forces have these in service as well. Did any other Airforces use them. Any information would be appreciated. cheers Ali
Kagemusha
Here's an interesting article http://www.germanwing.de/Targettug.htm Small walkaround
Ali62
That is a good start, thanks Andy. Seen the jet power before, a little more information would help, to enable that to be modelled though.
Kagemusha
I'll see what I can find, the first photo is probably ex-Luftwaffe - there are quite a few in private hands. Another walkaround LSP_K2
Ali62
That is what I thought, ok great, I am not sure if I will do anything with it, I may do a conversion, but I am just curious about these. it certainly makes the Bronco look quite different
Oldbaldguy
Hard to tell, but it looks like it’s N-numbered. Might have been modified for air to air photography out the back. Have seen that before somewhere.
Kagemusha
Another collection Another article with technical specs - the OV-10B was longer due to the pitot tube. Not a lot out there strangely.
