alaninaustria
Hello, I would like to ask if the Canadian TF-104D aircraft carried the centerline hardpoint? Or, was this hardpoint only on the single seaters? Thanks Cheers Alan
LSP_Ron
It had the CL hard point just like the single seat

The Mk.1s (631-652) did not have the centerline pylon. The Mk.2s (653-668) did and also had the small antenna behind the rear canopy, which the Mk.1s didn’t have. The book also states that the Mk.2 c/l pylon was different from the standard CF-104 pylon in that it held stores level, instead of at a nose up angle like the standard pylon. alaninaustria
Great info guys, thanks. I’m building a Mk. I version, so I guess I’ll leave it off! Appreciate the feedback, thanks. Cheers Alan
