AF crew chiefs are proud of their jets and I know the AF has a timed wash schedule every X amount of days. May have a little grease from a flap/slat actuator or a rudder servo and underneath maybe some hydro streaks or oil blowing back but for the most part the ones I've seen were pretty clean.
