Glue choice for film onto PE?

Dale, that's bloody expensive!  over $22 a 900gram bottle? :hmmm:

Shouldn't pay more than around the $8 - $10 mark, try your local supermarket, household  / floor cleaning isle, it's only floor polish!

Paul

This stuff is no longer marketed normally in Australia. If you go to the store and find floor polish, it is tinted amber. Polish-up is the only place I know of in Aus. That still imports it.

Besides...those are Aussie dollars. A bit weaker than the US variety.

A 1.25$ bottle of Isopropyl alcohol in the US costs 9$ in Australia. It's just the way it is.

That being said, I make more than twice the wage of my American counterparts. So, you have to look at things relatively.

Superglue, QuickShine, Tamiya Clear, or PVA here - depending on my mood and what happens to be to hand on the bench  :)

And here I am wanting to be fancy. FAIL! :D

G'day Gazza,

knew you where in Oz, so exchange rate is around Aus.$1.80 to a £1.

Know when the original Klear (other names available!) was on sale over here,

it was under £3 a bottle so double it and your not too far out, so Aus.$6 add 30% for shipping etc.

still only Aus.$8.

Aus.$9 FOR IPA? somebody's havin a laugh!!

Dale, sod it, just use varnish!!!
