Zero77 Posted September 22, 2015 Share Posted September 22, 2015 (edited) I never noticed any problem about Aires sets that seems to be related to shrinkage, but i often found them pretty hard to assemble with the kit part with sometimes very big issues regarding the size of some parts to be fit in way smaller areas in the kit (ie the terrible fitting of the F-104G cockpit...). I think that if they have the most crispy and detailed sets it must be because they have top notch masters and certainly high quality casting device from the professional range. I think that they are now using 3D printing as on their latest sets some parts have a kind of "pixelization" on some unseen areas.
