timvkampen
Maybe Dave Klaus is behind it? Or maybe Rhino models? HTH Tim
Harold
Any one know anything about this set? http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewI...e=STRK:MEWAX:IT Barry It kinda looks like something from D-molds...(sellers from the US though, his sellers name makes me think he likes Russian stuff...smig29ub) The only thing missing in this set, is the IP. It is different on the B.
3Putt
I picked one up last year when he was selling them and it's pretty nice. It's not CE/DMold/Rhino/etc. The instructions say "Cornett Brothers Resin" and I believe Dave Cornett is his name. The resin casting is excellent (no pitting or pinholes) however it does not include a separate rudder like the CE set. The plus is that it includes the entire front section of the fuselage. I've seen a few "B" Thunderbird conversions built in the past and every single one had a very visible bump or ridge where the nose section was secured to the Trumpy kit. Just my opinion, Bob
