  1. What a fantastic build, bravo! I love the interpretation of the camo colours, inspires me to go in a simmilar direction. I have this kit ready to go in the stash too!
  2. Stunning result! The kit seems like it needs quite a lot of work to bring it to a good detail standard and you did a fantastic job! I love the wessex and though of making one a while back but shied away in the end because of the work the kit needs… well done
  3. Love the look of this plane! Hope the kit will be nice.
  4. any chance we can see some previews of the Kit contents, super excited for it!
  5. Waste of time this show. shockingly disappointing and should have spent the time on the bench... with every episode I thought it might get better
  6. Honestly if you have any interest in getting a half accurate kit (which in my eyes for this price it should be) just dont bother with it. The whole fuselage shape is wrong as a start. a shame to bring out such interesting subjects and then not do enough research to get it right…
  7. Orderd one of the „pour le merite“ edition (only ones left)! Will take at least 1-2months to arrive…Excited to see in person, havnt see aynthing much online yet
  8. Update: got a refund from ebay, finally. seller never replied to anything and never sent anything off so after the latest declared shipping date ebay had to refund. DONT purchase anything from this seller if he is still active, which I doubt he will be much longer on this ebay account.
  9. I agree that is an issue sometimes these days but dont think it has anything to do with this particular case at all. there was no response whatsoever in over a month...
  10. okay so I am one of those that fell for the ... scam? I was too excited and bought a HB W.12 from this seller "modellbau-shop-fisico" from germany, without looking thoroughly enough. There would have been telltale signs! The seller advertised the product as Wingnut Wings / KOTARE... which doesnt make sense anyway (the Kotare bit). The other fishy things, which I should have noticed, are: - "production start December 2023" - which doesn't make any sense at all, WNW doesn't produce anymore and the molds haven't been sold as far as I know - "delivery at beginning of 2024" - impossible that a product gets produced in Dec 2023 (in china or where ever) and get delivered to the end-customer beginning 2024 right?! - seller has not responded to anything at all, completely ignored everything I wrote/asked untill now - a review says that a box arrived without the ordered product but a 5kg weight in it .... Of course I asked for a refund and all but nothing at all. Even talked with ebay but they say I have to wait and see what turns up... so looks like I will be the unlucky one (or one of them).... damn.
  11. Hi Mike I agree 3D printing is here to stay and is a fantastic development, no doubt! I wasn't clear enough in saying I specifically meant the 3D printed parts by Lukgraph are not exciting me that much. I also don't intend to criticize their work as its great someone is making kits available of these subjects! Having handled quite a few 3D printed parts, I have come across much nicer parts with far less stark layer lines and less brittle resin. I think they could try and improve on their 3D printing parts in the future. Like using resins which are a bit less brittle, improving the resolution and or placement of the parts and maybe splitting up parts more to be able to place them in such ways that the layerlines are less prominent. Just my thoughts, as I think if they improved a bit in that field the Kits would be even better! Regarding your progress, nice work on the Rigging! Elia
  12. Great work on a kit looking quite challenging, Nice camo too! I am not super convinced by all the 3D printed parts included with Lukgraph kits, I would prefer classic resin casts as the layer-lines look quite stark. I have a kit in the stash and its kind of putting me off building it. Whats your opinion on the 3D printed parts?
