Nice to see your Hosenose back on track! Paint issues like that are the worst.
The Corsair was such an interesting bird, one of the few cases of us putting an airframe in combat that had not had all its bugs worked out, but even so, it did very well.

Man, this is why I love 1/32 and bigger scales, your cockpit work is so fantastic, you are an artist! You could go take the manual for the -1 Corsair and identify all the controls, this forum has a ton of talent.

I fell in love with the Martin Mars the second I heard they existed. That they were kept flying as tankers is epic. These videos will give you an idea how huge these beasts are, and why they are not flying anymore, at least as firebombers. The logistical tail to keep them flying and just operate them is insane. The view count on these videos being under 1000 makes me really sad. Kermit Weeks is Awesome! Talk about Large Scale Planes!
For a fun tour of these MONSTER planes, check these out.

Wow. amazing work! You can see the circuit breakers, and they are so uniform.

Top notch, with just the right lighting, and a good enough hanger deck background it would look like the real thing!

Does the -1D kit still lack a cockpit floor and have an option for a window on the belly? Their 1/48 kit, did, so I'm guessing they didn't get less accurate. That's always been my favorite feature of the early Corsair. It was said if the ground crews were not careful, anything dropped down there could come flying into the pilot's space if he rolled inverted!

That's a nice kit.

That's a beautiful build. I have a soft spot for Navy Phantoms, my dad was an aircraft mechanic with VF-121 and then VF-33 in the late 60s, he was a Phantom Phixer!
