  1. Just discovered this, and I gotta think all the effort will be worth it. Look frwd to how it turns out, thanks for keepin' the fire lit! Dave
  2. M, Yes they are, pretty straight forward until maybe the uh... rigging ...ha ha jus' kiddin'! In the last few yrs l've picked up the Gotha G.IV, and the LVG C.VI, Bristol F.2B, Hansa B. W-12, for the two-seaters. The Fokker D.VII: F and a OAW, the RNAS Pup, and a Albatros D.V. Needless to say I probably have more than a dozen of the Roden, Hobbycraft, Academy, and Special Hobby in 32nd as well. I'm not sure I'll ever get to them all, but the discovery of the LSP forums is really a godsend, so to speak. I've been kinda lurking around here enjoying all these great projects, ideas, tips and techniques presented by all these great builders too! Heck I even have a couple Vac-form Multi-Media kits in 24th from waaay back by Marco Miniatures(?). Their Nieuport 28 and Pfalz III, if I recall. These should be really fun! Cheers and thanks for the nudge Dave
  3. M, Very nice work, congrats on completing your Pfalz. Looking beautiful and you have a nice touch w/ the wood treatment. I've picked up a few WNW kits as well in the last couple years and hope to break into the stash soon. Thanks for sharing and will look for more! Dave
  4. Again, Mike I'm just loving your efforts and contributions here...Thanks! I've got a few of these WWI kits in the stash (not on your level tho ) and safe to say you have really set the bar now! So thanks for the inspiration and I really enjoy the dioramas. Dave
  5. Really like this one Mike, Thanks for sharing. Dave
  6. Mike, Welcome aboard and I will add that you really created an impressive scene. Nice touch adding the Bio too... Dave
  7. Rather new here, and after viewing this beauty I feel like I just passed thru a proper aviation museum.
  8. What a beautiful idea. Especially like the effect of the North Sea's strong current over the sandy bottom. Looking frwd to more. Dave
  9. Dan, great work so far. Looking frwd to the metallic finishes she'll be getting. My father worked for Hughes during this era and I've always had an affinity for the early jet age thru the 60's Dave
