DoogsATX
After moving at the end of October, I got the new bench up and running around Thanksgiving: Rather than dive into a massive kit right away, I decided to get back into the swing with something simple - Tamiya's Fw 190A-3. Overall a solid little kit, if not so good as some of their other single-engine 1/48 offerings. My single largest error was using the kit decals. Ugh. Thickness, silvering, tenting over details...it's the same every time I try Tamiya decals (excluding the Cartograf prints in some of their kits). Anyway...great kit to work the kinks out with: I also pulled out a Dragon T-34/85 I'd built up to the painting stage while packing for the move and knocked it out...not my best, but again, kinks and such: Thanks for looking! LSP_Kevin
They're both fantastic mate, but I really like what you've done with the Tamiya Fw 190. Great work! Kev
LSP_K2
I like both of these. As coincidence would have it, I'm working on the same two subjects right now.
Martinnfb
I really like the muddy tracks. Thanks for sharing. Martin
DougN
Looks very nice. One nitpick, your Fw190 should have a tight antennae with that style canopy, only the late "blown" canopies had a slack antennae when opened Doug
