1/72 USS Macon airship build

This has been my creative time suck since the end of May, a 1/72 scale USS Macon airship. Just under 11 ft long. Foam core and sheet styrene for most of the structure, covered in polyester fabric. Very cool project.

You know you're in trouble when your model is so big, you have to build it outside.

This is very cool. I've wanted to do a large project for quite some time. You must have a lot of guts.
