AlbertD
I can't get it to stop blowing air out of the nozzle, even with finger off the trigger. I have put new seals in it and tried a new needle and nozzle set. The only time it quits blowing air is if I take it apart with no trigger. Is the plunger under the trigger maybe out of adjustment? I'm at a loss. Of course I've cleaned it and taken it apart and put it back together a bunch of times. I have also double checked that I have the right needle/nozzle sets matched up. scvrobeson
Yes, sounds like the plunger under the trigger has either failed, or is way out of adjustment. Matt AlbertD

Matt Thanks Matt, I started thinking along those lines but didn't know if it could be adjusted. I'll give it a try a bit later. scvrobeson

Matt It's fixed and works like new. I just tightened up that brass screw under the plunger a couple of turns and no more air leak. Thanks for the help. I owe you an adult beverage of your choice. scvrobeson
scvrobeson
Glad that it's fixed. I had the same problem with mine before after first fitting the FPC valve, that little brass screw fixed everything. Matt AlbertD
