patricksparks
I am trying to find some information as to where and how the ammunition for the field installed "CHEEK" guns was stored and fed internally on the early B-25C/D models, I know that was in the navigator's comparment behind the cockpit. Any help would be appreciated !!! ">http:// Edited June 4, 2018 by patricksparks BloorwestSiR, Shawn M and Karl H
BloorwestSiR
Patrick, the only reference I can find says that initially on the G they tried to mount the cheek guns further aft but ended up using the same set up and position as on the C/D. So to me, I would infer that the ammo boxes should be in the same place or very close to it for both the early and late Mitchells. Hope that helps, Carl patricksparks
