Maximum kudos to your buckles! Most of the rigging stayed intact and I only have a couple more "popped" wires to fix. Then, touching up and final control wires, the guns, etc.

 

I feel a lot better than I did right after I dropped it!

Yeah...I have to admit, it's a test I'd just as soon not have bothered with!

 

The struts are weak--they are to scale and are rather thin, so several of them popped and a couple came off completely. But the rigging held it all together, just like it's supposed to.

 

Doing final rigging and putting on the Lewis guns shortly.

Tim: I understand how the round wires are attached using Bob's Buckles.. but how did you attach the flat elastic thread? Did you use the buckles, or some other method?

 

A really great build and I appreciate your taking time to post your progress.
