To my knowledge, there are no available full 1/32nd P-40L kits. However..........

 

Our very own Derek B in conjunction with Grey Matter Figures has produced a P-40F/L conversion (Check out post # 149 for PICS)

 

You can also get P-40F/L Decals from Eli @ Zotz decals through Sprue Brothers as well.

 

Not sure if Derek's conversion is the dash 20 variant or not........

...Neither do I Brian!

 

My conversion has all of the salient features displayed on P-40F and P-40L Merlin powered aircraft (as far as the nose section goes anyway). To the best of my knowledge, the P-40L was a lightened version of the P-40F, so the specific dash 20 block number may well refer to airframe specific alterations and not the power unit (in other words, my Merlin conversion shall be fine, but Wiggy may need to see what particular aircraft configuration features are required to represent the dash 20 variant of the P-40L?).
