ramcdaniel1
Just wondering, has anyone ever done the afterburner section in resin for the Trump F-105 kits? These kits are screaming out for some love in this area. With two separate kits of the Thud you'd think someone would have done something for this anemic part of them. thierry laurent
Yes! But unfortunately I don't think they're still available: http://www.largescaleplanes.com/reviews/Af...02/RC32002.html
seiran01
I'm amazed that no one has stepped in with parts similar to what RC offered for the F-105. That back end is definitely screaming out for some resin love
Dave Williams
Like many kits, the aftermarket peaked years ago when the kits were new. Plus, the big Thud was never as popular as aircraft like the Vioer or Hornet, so there isn't much market these days. BTW, the RC resin parts weren't the for the entire afterburner. They were only replacement petals whose main improvement is better rivet detail and the lack of ejector pin marks. http://www.largescaleplanes.com/reviews/review.php?rid=60 Edited May 26, 2013 by Dave Williams
