  1. Hello to all the 1/32 Scale P.11c lovers...... No need to tell here that the IBG Model is just fantastic and that's why some Polish afficionados of this nice Polish Iconic aircraft have decided , with IBG collaboration, to develop a serie of resin add-ons or upgrade (call them whatelse you want) for this already gorgeous kit under the label of "BITSKRIEG". I personnaly know one of these guys, and let me tell you that for him "perfection" is not enough...and I dare to deduce that the others are from the same mould ! No need for other words, here follow the pictures of the different items I already have and that are available with others ( e.g. Beautifull 1/32 Polish Pilot Figure ) here http://quickwheelstore.com/ Have a look at the website for availibility , prices and delivery terms. Now let see these little gems, the CHANEL N°5 of resin parts.... https://ibb.co/album/s5ksLp Madcop
  2. Well, this said, KH never killed anyone, even with a crap kit. We can't say the same about medics, and usually a KH kit remains quite cheaper than a visit to a doctor. So, you should practice some anesthesia on yourself for one or two years, or go Matchbox to learn to get what cooler and come back when the kit is released. All this said with tongue in cheek, of course ! Madcop
  3. Hi Quang " Having said that, you can easily do it by plug moulding. It would take several tries but it can be done. Really." You little b...... ! Easy said now ! While you are having some well deserved rest in the countryside, I am still taking care of my left thumb and I can't help spitting out the upper part of what remains of my left lung. Don't know why but while coughing it's still tasting plastic. By the way, I was having a Mikado game yesterday, I was missing one stick , any idea ? Have a nice rest ...
  4. Hi Quang Nice recoveries ... the seat, the seatbelt and the Hurricane ! Keep on rocking ! Madcop
  5. Hi Quang Awful job as usual, glad you've got a friend by Fine Molds and Fly. These shoulder straps look definitely the part. Did your friend at Fine Molds forget the lap belts or did you replace them on purpose ? Nice job on the N3 too. Do not let this British piece of wood and salvation army rag disturb you from this nice piece of US-SOVIET comradship...and return it to this bad friend of yours ! Keep on rocking ... Madcop.
  6. Hi Q ! My Polish friends won't agree with you ! Now your " weight saver " argument is to be checked. You should compare tho weight of the relief tube with the weight a pilot's full bladder. As it is now an established fact that the sight accuracy becomes sharper with the bladder level as you tend to squeeze your eyes ( verified during my last visit to the ophthalmologist ) it would be amazing that such an ace like Yuri would have had a relief tube installed in his personal mount ... One more mystery ... As I don't want to start a war about that ( there are enough wars for the moment in RL, aren't there ?) I'll leave you to experiment my argument and get us the nicest P-39 cockpit ever ! Your aficionado. Madcop
  7. Hi Quang " together with the reflection on the back of the IP. on it ? " Yes please, and do not forget the "mirror" effect with the inverted numbers ! Don't forget the tiny 1591 on the IP ! Also it appears from the nice cockpit picture that Russian pilots had to relieve themselves before or after the flight but not during. Is this the reason why the P-39 was equipped with two doors to suit both left and right handed pilots ? Could this explain the many crashes ? This point should deserve a serious apolitical and neutral investigation ! Now , if the P-39 was equipped with a relief tube , like you try to make us believe, what happened to this poor tube ? Was it the pilot's "personal" one , part of his flight equipment ? Did they use to walk away with it ? It looks like your model raises a lot of yet to be answered questions ! Madcop
  8. Hi Quang I can see a brave and nice soul in this base work. When the root is good the tree will be good. I can swear you're going to work a little bit on these bezels, but I must admit that at this moment the "scale" effect is there already. Could you explain your technique to us mortals ? What brand of colours are you using , acrylics ? Looking forward for the next steps... P.S. When the time has come, do not forget to paint the windscreen that nice blue ! Congratulations. Madcop
  9. Dear Sirs (meaning Quang and Martin,) Will you please exkuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuz my ignorance but I would be very glad if one of you gentlemen could provide me with a link to Mr. Misios66 work. I am quite sure this gentleman could help me differentiate a P-39 from a 2CV and so help me filling this huge gap in my aeronautical culture. Thanks to you both for your help and for this beautiful work. Madcop
  10. Hello Quang Nice job indeed, I don't know you but looking at your work I've got this strange feeling telling me " Wait for the paintjob, something new is going to happen ! " Madcop
  11. Hi Quang Wouldn't it be easier and more convenient to add the x mms in front of the windscreen so as to keep the upper and lower cowling profile. Putting the plug behind the propeller backplate looks like the upper curve of the cowling is going to be accentuated. I do not think that the nose leg should be a problem. (I do not have the model, some late visitor took the box with him ! ) Just my 2 cents. Madcop.
  12. Hi Quang This really reminds me of long modelling session back in the 80ties...full of discussion, calipers, glue, milliput, arguments , Arthur Bentley, Turpentine, Schmetsov, coupole, coffee and cigarettes and women forbidden ....... Real good old modelling technique. I really hope that after having done this rear fuselage correction you won't skip the nose little mishap. I really like that beast.... Go on like this it still inspiring me after all these years. Congrats. Madcop.
  13. Hi Fredouille I am not amazed by the fact you like it... as much as I do. Great work, not overdone, looks very realistic, with a slightest subtle touch of that more to often exaggerated Spanish school rendering. Madcop
