Storing pre-thinned Mr. Color and AK Real Color lacquers

Okay, you have 10ml of paint thinned with 10ml of thinner, so where do you store it? 20ml bottles suitable for such chemicals are easy to find, but they have a drawback. Say you have 5ml pre-thinned paint in your 20ml bottle - there's not enough room for 20ml more.

I found, and have been using these 30ml bottles which are perfect as far as I'm concerned. Just be sure to toss the foam seals, because even the fumes will melt them.

I used Avery permanent labels to label them and they even fit perfectly into HobbyZone wall racks.

Awwww, ain't that cute?

Hope they don’t plan on discontinuing the lacquer line. I find the lacquer line to be excellent.

I doubt they'll be discontinuing the Real Color line. Lacquer paints are far superior to aqueous for aircraft while aqueous is the favorite for armor modelers and people who can't live with lacquer fumes. BTW, did you catch the finish on the F-80 they use in their ad - the finish looks like sandpaper.
