I’ve built about 7 of them over the years. 5 are in a Thunderbirds display I built using Tamiya decals. No where the detail of Tamiya or Academy, but I wouldn’t expect it. blackbetty Posted January 16, 2019 Share Posted January 16, 2019 (edited) the biggest shortcomming of the Revell kit is the intake, you can see the wheelwell box from the front but i used one of the spare academy intakes (since it come with two types). that being said zactomans intakes could also be crafted to the kit. a resin pit is a must too (i used CAM). the revell canopy is one piece and very thick, but again, the academy kit comes with two (one tinted, one not) Edited January 16, 2019 by blackbetty Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
