1/12 Scale seated aircrew (fast jet) figures - is there any available?

Hello All,

 

I have one of these kits in my stash:

 

 

I would like to have a 1/12 scale aircrew figure (in Americam AEA clothing) to put into it, but I have not seen anything suitable so far. This is the sort of thing that I would like to do with it:

 

 

Does anyone know if there is anything that would fit the bill please?
