Sukhoi
Hi guys.. Is there a conversion..1/32.. to make an Indian Mig 29K (dual seater)....they don't seem to have the single seater one!!!
Tony T
The production Ks all have the two seat type canopy, rendering the Trumpeter prototype good for only that. Wondering f they might tackle it after the quartet of newies due out this and next year. Needs an accurate wing fold too Tony Iain
mydesign
It seems that the MiG-29K India dual seater has a different canopy shape also as compared to the MiG-29UB (trainer as in the Revell kit)... so needs quite some modelling effort if attempted
newsh
Thought about this build myself. Trumpeter have announced a MiG-29UB for 2016 release. Cross kit a K and the UB perhaps?
Tony T
The K has the deeper modern MiG-29 canopy profile which is more akin to an F-14 hood. Needs some brave surgery. I wouldn't be surprised if Trumpeter or an AM conversion firm cater for a production K, eventually, but with the earlier Fulcrums coming out you can still satisfy the need for an Indian (Air Force) jet.
