Nikoaspo
Hi, I've been checking Corsair actions in Pacific theatre and want to depict a plane based in Guadalcanal late -43. I have Tamiya -1A -version, is it usable in that time frame? Especially units VMF-124 and VMF-213 are in my mind. Checking any info from books or decal sets has not revealed any helpful info. Nor there is any web site related to these units. Thank You in advance, Niko
BloorwestSiR
Hi Nico, I have these decals for my Tamiya kit: http://www.hlj.com/product/MKIWD32054/Air I haven't used them before so I can't comment on their quality but they seem fine. LSP_K2
I thought the Tamiya kit was a -1, not a -1A, or are you talking 1:48 scale?
Nikoaspo
Hi, Tamiya i'm building is in 72-scale. Sorry if I'm stepping into incorrect forum in that sense:) Carl, I've checked that decal set as well and it is for Birdcage versions so not usable info on that as such.
