In the shadow" of today and the next days (first pics of Tamiya Mossie) I would like to share some pictures of the final Mossie Produciton Kit from HK Models with you. The surface now includes laser-worked details of seam lines etc and rough texture around the metal intake sections. HK-Models will be also showing the Mossie at Shizouka Hobby Show. Now before I share the pictures please also visit this link, in the original photos you can barely see those seam-lines which I think have never been done on a Mossie in any scale before: http://www.cybermodeler.com/aircraft/mosquito/mossie_walk2.shtmland http://www.cybermodeler.com/aircraft/mosquito/mossie_walk3.shtml So please compare the pics of the actual model kit and the pics in the Walkaround galleries. I hope you will enjoy it You can also have a look at our FB-Page where you can find the included paint-shemes of the HK release as well as some more pics: https://www.facebook.com/hkmodelsde Lets start with the decals: PE-Parts: Clear Parts (U,V,W,X Sprues): Some details from the Cockpit parts: M-Sprue: Details from the Landing-Gear bay-doors: Other details: Radiators:
  5. Well HK is still working on the B-17F. As mentioned above from Jennings HK has several projects in progress - some announced, some not. As I'm working for the german distributor and also help for research material on german subjects like the 335 I can tell you that the release plans are always changing. So let's see what comes next after the 335 - Lanc and B-17F are still in progress - release when done. Also remember that manufacturers do react to market development and trends.
  6. Work is still going on with the second test-shot run currently. Here you can see the reworked canopy: As well as the now correctly shaped lower part of the side rudder:
