Unfortunately, it is very Interesting how a post about boxart can deteriorate into such an anorakish and tenditous back and forth. I just wanted to make that point before this thread gets locked down. It seems that is where this will most likely lead based on oh too frequent and similar
"Discussions". Gee Whiz guys! Come on now.

"Show me a hero, and I'll show you a bum."
Pappy always flew the oldest, most beat up aircraft in the squadron. This one fits the bill.
Perfect job on this aircraft. Great job on the model and the finish.
I think this is very representative of what Boyington flew.

One of if not the best photo montage of the Tamiya P-51D I have ever seen.
This really shows off how great the engineering of this kit is for facilitating building, painting and seam elimination.
I see clearly now why this kit gets such high praise from everyone.
I will have to save up and try one someday.
Great job!

Maybe they are not listed or not labeled correctly
Usually decal p/n start with numbers that have scale to start with. Usually???

Dennis,
Very nice Tiffie!
I very much like the bubble top rocket Typhoons and that looks sweet.
Been wanting to convert the Revell to a bubble top.
Wish I could afford an MDC kit though.
Very very nice,

So I've been eagerly awaiting the delivery of two Wingnut Wings kits - the DH.9a and Hansa-Brandenburg W.12. Sadly, this is what greeted me today...
The package is completely sodden, so I'm guessing that at some point during transit it got very wet and the box lost all structural integrity. I guess that, at some point between dispatch and arrival, Santa decided that I'd been a very bad boy this year!
I will bet the post man did this.....

Merry Christmas!
Please enter me too.

Yes the 1/32 F105 in Hobbycraft boxing seems a scarce kit as well.
The F4U-1D was a trumpeter kit in a hobbycraft boxing too.

Well that explains it then.
I waited too long it seems for the P51A and the Sea Fury.
Hopefully the molds will be utilized by someone in the future.

Are these Hobbycraft kits out of production?
1/32 P51A
1/32 A36A
1/32 Sea Fury
Have not seen these around in a while, so just wondering if they were still in production or just lousy distribution.
Thanks

I was thinking that a twin similar to the B25 would be in the works.
Such plane as the Martin B26 Marauder.
A very fine looking plane in my book.
Quite a few nice nose art images to apply to this one too.
