  1. Sorry to hear about your health's problems. Take care of your health. It's your most important objective. I'm 74 years old and waited almost my whole maquetiste's life for such model in this scale and am ready to wait the necessary time. You gave us hope and enlightened us, showing us with your work, process with texts and pictures. For this we are grateful. Thanks and best good health's wish. Cordially. JP Chagnon
  2. What's your project's progress since there is a long time we got news. My correct location is Maroué, Lamballe, Côtes d'Armor. JP C
  3. Any actual news ?. Did you get progresses ? Have you got provision date of eventual release ? Please send us news. JP Chagnon
  4. It was a long time since I heard from you but I never have lost hope nor interest. I discovered your progresses. Amazing ! Following your project's development. Awaiting a long delay is not too annoying with such quality project. What about the Potez 63.11 ? I heard you changed your residence. Where are you living now ? Cordially JP C
  5. Sorry for my english not a modelist but rather a modeler.
  6. Stop that gibberish talk, pea nuts and mm counting. I'm 71 years old and The "Grand Cirque", "The Big Show" (in english) was my first book when I was 10, and since this time, I read it may be 50 times.. This is the reason I got into aviation, aircrafts, Second world war, history and Models ... and on this forum. Now, I just finished my SH High tech Hawker Tempest V. I choose "Le Grand Charles" flown by Pierre Clostermann, my idol. I have awaited all my life, building a great lot of kits (so I'm n't an expert but an an experienced modelist) and now, after awaiting 61 years, I'm VERY HAPPY with this excellent representation of my favorite aircraft (I like also the Typhoon and the Sea fury) ... and in the future, I expect to build them from SH.
  7. But keep a nice, super detailed cockpit. and if you wish, you can provide the equipment mentioned above as a supplement in an another package (kit). I'm highly disappointed by companies selling me at rather high price, unuseful parts I don't need.
  8. Did I hear a rumor about a 1/24 Hawker Sea Fury been made by Airfix ? Or was it a dream, an hope or a wish. Please, Airfix make it true, but without all the equipment not visible when every thing is closed preserving the beauty of this nice plane. JP Chagnon
  9. Sorry, it's me the frenchie, author of this small humanistic (I hope) "pamphlet" above.
  10. Very nice with lot of aircraft sequences very dynamic. Ai the beginning, there is nice sequence at Farnborough Air Show where the 2000 is stolen. The aerials are fantastic. Top Gun is a shame in comparaison. Bought it on iTunes from Apple (hey, I like also US products also) about 11€ near 11$ . High quality, HD, not youtube pixels pictures. Enjoy and love the french jet. Dassault ever made nice, good fighters wait for the Rafale. The F-35 is a parcel delivery truck in comparaison (Sorry american lovers but luckily you made the glorious and glamorous F-14 and F-15! JP Chagnon
  11. Any idea when your model will be ready for selling ? Are you always planing to make a Potez 63-11 ?
  12. I am glad you are still here and going on your project. What about some new pictures from your progress. Don't forget the Dassault Rafale 1/32, it will bring a lot of interest, not only from french aircrafts lovers. Thanks, cordially.
  13. Hello. Waroff, how are you and your work. That's a long time without news. Hope everything fine. Cordially. JP C
  14. One month of silence ! Hope, there is no problem !
Merci. Cordialement. JP Chagnon
  16. Just received that very interesting book from Amazon : Breguet 693, "Le lion de l'aviation d'assaut" by Arnaud Prudhomme., in french. Montréal is a city in the Canadian province of Quebec. It is the largest city in the province, the second-largest in Canada . The city of Quebec is the Capital of the Canadian Province of Quebec. Citation from Wikipedia.
  17. I made a research on google : Breguet 693 ( this mark give the best results) and then click on the signet "image" or pictures in english. You get plenty of vignettes and links with the internet page concerned. Lot of docs, pictures there. Enjoy. JP Chagnon
  18. Happy to be still on the list. The price if not exaggerated, will be accepted, the kit you produce so nice and the subject so fascinating. And where else can we get this gem ? I don't request you to make decals, you are so busy with your project being alone. I make the proposal to contact the above maker (on my own but with your acceptance, of course) to interest them in producing some decorations and/or accessories. Please could you give us a list of sources of information and doc you must certainly get. And if I can be of some help, I'm a retired teacher and I will try my best. Maximum support. JP Chagnon
  19. Very nice ! This plane was so nice (elegant). Good job.
  20. http://www.renaissance-models.com/images/Avion/RF32022-1.jpg This company made a set of decals for the free french Spitfire mk IX 1/32, may be they will be interested. Berna decals also make decals for french aircrafts.
  21. http://www.airscale.co.ukproduce fine cockpits dials, placards, photo etched brass for radio ... in 1/48, 1/32 and 1/24, not expensive and nice and easy to use.
  22. Very interesting answer. I will try again to find a decal maker company interested but you will certainly need to give them an estimation number of your futur customers. But the mask is a very good option. You, indeed are an amateur ! well may be but with "tallent" and a will to success. I appreciate your job and give you my unlimited support. JP Chagnon
  23. Did you find the decals going with your model ?
