  1. I suppose it's better than being 'armless !... As always, looking really good .. I'm amazed you've got any furniture, or anything else for that matter, in your house what with all the models you have to display - where on earth do you put them all??? Grant.
  2. Good grief, it's like tracking down the Scarlet Pimpernel ! Yet another build to follow, have you NO pity man? my poor eyes are overworked with your incredible detail work as it is.... But seriously, I love this topic too and agree fully .. what a great, and HUGE, subject to weather, I'm looking forward to this one (as well as the Sopwith, the Albatross, the Salamander, the Conning Tow.............). Cheers Grant.
  3. Oh yes! <rubbing hands together> another masterpiece to follow..... Grant
  4. Wow! and you call that a "small" update?? Looking terrific Jeroen, the figures look fantastic. Obant
  5. Wow, this is truly astonishing stuff - can't wait for more.
  6. It's looking really good - I almost don't want this to end as I enjoy watching the build so much.. Obant.
  7. Would you believe me if told you that I looked at the Salamander about 3 hours ago and I thought I couldn't possibly hassle you over this as well !!! (but it COULD do with a little kick-start though - lol). Obant.
  8. Wow, thanks Jeroen - mighty kind of you. Looking forward to even more. Cheers, Obant. (Now, where to track him down again ? .... U-Boat VIIc Conning Tower, Spitfire, Albatros D.V. or ????)
  9. Great detailing again - I love this topic and my eyes are well and truly glued to this one. but don't forget the Pup (please....!)
  10. Great work once again Jeroen ... now, just remember to leave a trail of bread-crumbs to where ever you end up next - just so that us mere mortals can follow and watch whatever you're up to next! Obant
  11. So, there I was, following your Sopwith Pup build with deep fascination and wondered where you'd got to ... and then I found this thread! Is there NOTHING you can't turn your hand and skills to??? I just love following your work, it's fantastically inspiring and I think the way you enhance your work with plaques, gauges, serial number plates is terrific. So, here we go again, another topic to bookmark (and, it looks like another one in terms of the S-100 as well) !! Keep it up -
  12. Ahem .... any more ??? Am getting withdrawal symptoms ...
  13. Good grief - absolutely astonishing work, truly outstanding (I can't understand how I could have missed this one for soooo long). Now bookmarked and looking forward to seeing more of this artistry.
  14. Hi there .. could I suggest that you contact jeroenpeters through the members directory on here. I know he's built a beautiful Ju-88 in the past and, as an aesthetic touch, mounts original Luftwaffe ID plates etc on his display bases. I'm sure he would know more about Werknumbers etc than some and always seems willing to help others or discuss things (I hope I'm not putting him under a spotlight here!). Anyway ...Good luck. Obant
  15. I've only recently joined LSP (this is my very first post) and was merrily reading through a number of building projects including Russ' when I stumbled across the tragic news of his premature passing. I never exchanged any correspondance with him, didn't know anything about him save the intriguing creations he produced with a fabulous creative talent and sense of humour. Notwithstanding, I wanted to express my sadness that someone of his skill, his obvious (as evidenced by the number of wonderful tributes to him here) generosity and kindness should go so young. Sad, sad news. My condolences to Russ' family and friends.
