Looking for a P-51 pilot from Wales. Any P-51 pilot

I gave a Welshman friend a Tamiya 1/48 P-51D at their baby shower. I had ordered a couple of things from their online registry, but saying “it’s in the mail” is kind of boring. The plane was sort of a gag gift. He has never built a model. If I could find decals for a Welsh pilot, that would be awesome. If he was an ace, even better. 
I want to take him to a “build and bull” session at the local IPMS branch.
