salruiz
Hello, I have a question about the ejection seats in the F-5A flown by Greece. When did they receive the new Martin Baker seats? Were they dilivered with these seats or were they added at a later date? Thanks in advance
Menelaos
Salruiz, the HAF F-5s were delivered with the original Northrop seat in the 60es... The Martin Baker BRQ-7 seat was used then in the 70es in all of the HAF 5s The imported Jordanian and Iranian F-5s had the MB Mk10L seat. Look at the pics I attached... salruiz
Hi Menelaos, Thanks for the info. I have read various articles were builders were using MB 10 seats and was curious about when they were used. I'm almost finished with my HAF 5. Thanks again, Sal
Menelaos
as I said, look after the serial Nr. If it is a MAP aircraft then Q7 seat. If it is Jordan/Iranian Mk 10...
