Menelaos
I currently let everything I build/repair so far and began building the huge 1:18 Dtarfighter from 21st century. It's actually a toy ready to put together and play with it...BUT...the amount of detail in that...toy is simply great. A realy great model can be made out of it...so I will make that try...Wish me luck I'll need it!
Menelaos
the box is also huge... I couldn't wait to free the parts and put them together!
Menelaos
here's a first look at the cockpit...not bad for a...toy...
Menelaos
the canopy is clear enough but sits too high (to clear the head of the pilot....I think) and I have to cut it ca 6mm to make it looking right. I will show you the next days some comparison to 1:18 plans... I can only say the kit is very acurate!!
Menelaos
the main landing gear is somehow crude but also detailed... A lot of work is here to do... The secondarx gear door are too short and have to be made longer...
