  1. Hi Everyone, Although I love fighters more than anything, I had to find out about the "new tool" Airfix. Prior to this, the last Airfix kit I knew of came in a bag, and hung on a peg at the store. And...they were a bright sky blue plastic. I always wanted to do the smiling Stuka in the picture: What color(s) would you call that bomb? Thanks to NG Models I can: It's a beautiful decal sheet. Also, NG Models makes some nicer resin wheels to go with the kit. Although the kit has the clever option of weighted or in-flight wheels, the tread patterns are rather balloon-ish looking. I did some color modulation with the airbrush to give a slight sense of fading. As I intend this to be a Sitkrieg bird, I'm not going to do much more weathering. \ I tried modulation on the underside, too. No idea how dirty I should make the belly. So...seal it up...decals... Pin wash...and matte coat to go. Thanks for looking! Gaz
