i'd say this is 100% beside the point. if a product is lousy, some arbitrary labeling of oneself as a "modeler" doesn't change that, especially when 80% of what you do is still assembly.

if you can pound a square peg into a round hole just because you own a large hammer, that doesn't make the case for that assembly being good.
