    Hello

No i was being a biff! I saw everything in Dollars so i thought it was in the states!! Thanks again.
  3. Right then. I intend to build a Tamiya Spit and was wondering what extras to get with it! I went to look on the hannants website but as its been well advertised they have had some problems!! Or is it just worth building it as it comes? Another thing i am wondering is, are there any decals for either 43 F Sqn RAF or 111 F Sqn RAF? Having served on 43 and currently serving on 111 I would like to do it with one of these markings.! I know i shouldn't mention it on here but I am about to start an old 1/48 Hassagowa Phantom in 111 Sqn markings XV582 that was painted up in all black with the big 111 Sqn markings on the fin and nose. (sorry for swearing about the scale but when i got it all the money went to charity so i couldnt resist) The good thing is the very aircraft is sat outside my work so i can get as many photos as i need! It should put me on til i get the Spitfire!!! Andy

    Hello

Cheers for the welcome. I will get my spitfire ordered and try and put some extra detail in the cockpit and on the engine! It will probably take me a while to build as the little one will have to be in bed before I start as I'm sure he will want to help me!!!!! On a separate note how long does it take before us new folk are unleashed on the forum for real??? Andy

    Hello

Hello I've been looking at the 1/32 Tamiya Spitfire for a while and would really like to build one. (as long as my young son gives me some time!!) Some of the builds on here are way above my standard when it comes to all the extra detail some of you guys put in. What type of wire do you use for the extra detail in the cockpit and on the engines? I would love to give it a go. The only other thing in my way is convincing the other half that i need another model to add to the pile of kits i haven't yet built!!!! Any suggestions on that would be greatly appreciated!! Cheers Andy
