stevegallacci
Just picked one up today. So far, in checking it out, it appears to be more accurate than the Trumpeter 1/24 '109. Cool. The thing is a '109G-6 Trop, though I'll be converting it into a 'G-10/K pattern. Fun, fun, fun.
one0nine
Look for a full review of this in the forthcoming Datafile... although that'll be a bit biased. Roy Sutherland did all the hard work on the masters, which are basically scaled up from the Hasegawa kit, and I helped sort a few things out as well. And yes, it's more accurate than the Trumpeter kit... now, if we could just get someone to do some brass legs for this sucker! Lynn
stevegallacci
Say, do you have any solid dimensional data on the '109, espcially fuselage segments? As for my wicked plot, I'll be doing some fine-tuning of the basic forms then use them as vac patterns so as to get something closer to scale thickness skins for ultra-detailed insides.
