I ordered a biplane assembly jig and other parts from Vertigo Miniatures in December. It arrived before Christmas but with a broken part and some other minor issues. (Shipping between Europe and Singapore can be rough sometimes).

I wrote to them and they are replacing/fixing all issues with no fuss at all. Great customer service!

Not my experience with them I'm afraid.

I ordered a jig from them on 14 January. After e-mailing them on 8 February It eventually arrived on 15 February but the main base was broken in half. The packaging was minimal, so I' m not totally surprised it was broken.

I e-mailed them straight away but have not received any reply at all.

Not impressed with their customer service so far.

Well, out of the blue I received a replacement base this week, so fair play to them for that. It would have been nice, however, to have received some form of communication so that I was aware they had even received my e-mails in the first place, and nearly 3 months to receive a unit fit for purpose is a bit long.

The perils of dealing with smaller manufacturers I suppose.
