You know Ralph, you're really taking this hobby and making it something of an art form. Without a doubt your work is certainly inspirational. I can't wait to see the magic your preform with your paint work on this one! What I find difficult though is overcoming the urge to go out and buy the kit you're working on because of how fantastic it looks when you build and paint it. It's your skill in weathering and your eye for detail in your paint work that I'd like to attain.

Some underside colour using light blues and blue-greys left over from past projects.

Some 0.7mm "Micron Masking Tape" laid over the first motting session.

Underside markings sprayed using masks made by Mal Mayfield at Miracle Paint Masks.

A 1:2 mix of Tamiya XF-2 Flat White and XF-19 Sky Grey, followed by straight XF-2. Lots of tape to avoid bleed, and some to eventually represent underlying framing.
