Ok count me in I`m gonna build the Revell HE162 with Eduards Big ED set and Aires guns
It will be build in the personal a/c of the commander of JG1 Herbert Ihlefelds 100+ kills in over 1000 missions

Finaly got some work done worth taking photo`s of :unsure:
The engine underwent some plastic churgery i removed all of the molded in wires will replace them
with `real`wires

I was able to get some work done today after cleaning up the garage
and because my lovely wife and daughter had to spent time with their horses :rolleyes: :lol:

Full PE? Thats true grit! I have the bird at the workbench too, but decided to go with plastik parts. I have never benn able to get that much of ribs and other small parts proper aligned. Not to mention that nasty behavior of popping-up PE parts - especially after the paintjob was done... :ph34r:

BTW, there are not only flush rivets around the cockpit opening (inside). At least the rivets at the extra metal parts (these triangle-shaped parts on top) holding the front cockpit glass and the bar across the instrument panel show prominent rivet heads.

Keep on gluing! Thumbs up!
