This kit has received a lot of flak over the years. I built this kit as a youngster and was amazed when I returned to modeling that some folks were grafting the nose of the Hasegawa kit onto it. Much talk of the inaccurate wings. My adult life adversion to the kit was the cockpit and the wheel bays. Nice use of the resin for the Trumpeter kit. Yours will look like a Mustang. dennismcc Posted June 3, 2017 Share Posted June 3, 2017 I like these old kits, it's so satisfying to build them up nice, many years ago I built two Revell P-51B's and really enjoyed the process, it also helped me to get more re scribing practice in.
