jeroenpeters
Soooo pleased this is showing movement again - I love this topic ! Where's your He-111 build Jeroen? one of my fav's and I can't find it anywhere - it's just not fair, you're hiding from me aren't you, huh, huh??? Obant Haha! Very soon. I ordered the Eduard masks for the He111 and they arrived in an empty envelope! New ones' are on the way. Also ordered the eduard seat belts. Then all i need to do is wait for the interior and bomb bay set to come out. Then to wait for the montex masks to come out and then to find a way to make the original He111 cockpit lamp to work again and attach it to the base it will sit on... Here it is: Really cool pic of the camp S100. The project is on pause but not dead. thierry laurent
Hi, Here's the best source to build the Italeri s-boot: http://www.armorama.com/modules.php?op=modload&name=SquawkBox&file=index&req=viewtopic&topic_id=130092&ord=&page=41 This is a 41 pages thread... However, I warn you: you will be disgusted...! This thread will show you that if the Elco boat is a quite accurate kit, the situation of the s-boot is well... noticeably different! At least one of the pages gives a link to the website of a French guy who published scale plans to correct the worst discrepancies of the kit (http://rpalmacci.free.fr/). Indeed, no aftermarket set corrects them... a pity! Edited September 16, 2011 by thierry laurent
A.Wolf Grant
Excellent - can't wait for both to progress (in your own time of course) - great pit lamp by the way. If there's enough reference pics around then a camouflaged boat would be really cool. Have you seen this : http://www.prinzeugen.com/colors.htm looks like some good reference points. Any which way would be good though Cheers Obant
