LSP_Kevin
Well done Dave! Great build. Glad you made it over the line too. What lands on the bench next - Hornet or A-7? Wildcat? All three? Kev
perry
I really like that, great build and finish and just enough weathering without being overdone. Well done!

DaveJ
Thanks very much for the compliments, guys! Most gratifying.... What lands on the bench next - Hornet or A-7? Wildcat? All three? Kev Well, Kev... The Wildcat needs to get rolling if I hope to make the deadline at year's end, so it's near the top of the pile. The Hornet is still holding my interest so it's in there somewhere, too. Lately though... That Stuka has been flirting with me. Caught her several times out of the corner of my eye posing seductively. The beauty of having so many stalled builds is the endless array of choices! All without having to admit I've started yet another build....
ChrisS
I echo everyone's kudos, and I have a constructive comment: Your chipping looks like it was done with a brush; it's predictable and repetative. I would suggest using a silver pencil, or sponge to get a more difuse and chaotic result. HTH!!

Only because I did use a sponge, so that means that my sponge technique somehow became predictable by mistake. Certainly useful for future work... ChrisS
Perhaps its about rotating the sponge more then? I'm only trying to help here, if this is bumming you out then ignore it It's all about having fun after all!
