seanrgb
Hi guys I just want to pick your brains here at my local store there elling some 1/48 F-4F,s very cheap being the cheapskate that I am I want to get one but I want to do this as a Hellenic Airforce version to match my 1/32 what is the difference between the Luftwaffe F-4F And the Greek planes cheers Sean
IAFPHAN
You stole my idea! I'm planning on doing the same thing in the same scale. From what i've read the Greek F-4's are getting the same upgrades as the Luft. F-4F ICE. The main external diff. from what i can tell is the Greek F-4's have some ECM blisters on the side of the intakes and under the nose in front of the muzzle. But not all of the planes are configured this way. Check out www.acig.org and click on to Hellnic Phantoms, they have some nice pictures and drawings of the Greek F-4's. ~ NUKE'S

seanrgb
Cool Site Menelaos heres a F-4E in 1/32 I own this was a Tammy 1/32 kit with added slats wasn't built by me though would the F-4F version be ok to use For an HAF version (I'm not very good at spotting the differences ) I wouldn't mind doing this one in the Hill Grey to match my 1/
Scotsman
Isn't there th equestion of slotted stabliators - the German F-4f's don't have them - do the HAF F-4's have them?- Â If so a bit of creative swapping of bits may be required!
Menelaos
the HAF F-4E are ...Es so they have the slatted stabies... and the USAF like cockpits... BTW the Blue roundels on the Model are too light!... The F-4s are using the bark blue ones!--- Â for more pics just drop me a line...
