Howdy folks,

James Fahey takes a look at another older release from Pheon:

Pheon Decals 32043: Sopwith Snipe Post-War

Thanks, James! And thanks to Mike Swinburne for putting the review together.

Thanks; I have this sheet, and fully agree with both "Things I liked" and "Things that could be improved".

My only problem is picking which scheme.  I've got the shortlist down to two: 19 Sqn at Duxford, or 23 Sqn at Henlow.  Both have nice colourful markings, and both stations are fairly local to me.  I am a bit concerned about dealing with those large 19 Sqn markings, but these are Fantasy Printshop, so that's both a good thing (guaranteed quality) and a bad thing (if it goes wrong it will be my fault!).  I may end up cutting them into three - front portion, roundel, rear portion - but I'll cross that bridge at decalling time.

The only other problem is slotting it into the build programme ...

That's a set I don't have. An oversight on my part, it appears, that will be rectified immediately.
