Neil asked me to post these two CAD images.  For various business-related reasons, things are moving slowly, but they *are* moving.  I've asked if he can send some additional CAD.  Many areas have not been done yet (hence the blanked off exhausts), but work is proceeding.

 

The story is the same on the Lancaster.  He said he will send CAD on that along later this month.

 

You now know as much as I know...

Lookin' good!  The update is much appreciated.  I would actually prefer HKM take as long as they feel is necessary to get the shape right.  The Spey jet is such an interesting contrast to the J79 models. Pulling for this one big time.

lol, we were just talking about this. (NOT how long Ern has to live)

I've always thought some modular approach like Tamiyas F-14 woild be the ticket with So many variants with a modular nose, and tail sections, and maybe a wing locking system like HKs B-25s
