My good friend Danny sent this to me. Received it Monday. Great refs for my build when I get to it.....Harv

I've got that book Harv, it's a good read. Also, the ZM book on the Ho229 is helpful on the build. Might be worth tracking a copy down.

Another goody arrived today for the B-25H. This is a combo set, PE and seat belts. Now all that's left is gun barrels, but hard to find......Harv

Hey, I've got those too! I think you're reading my purchase list :)

For the barrels, one thing that's been pointed out regarding the Profimodeler set is that the 0.50 cal barrels are different lengths. They should in fact be all the same. The Master B-17 set is I think one short for a B-25 gunship unless you don't mount the cheek guns.

I want all of them Carl. It seems the B-17 ones are the way to go unless I can find the Profi Modeller ones. Don't want to order from their site......Harv

HI everyone,

After 15 years of service, my employer gave me a gift card that works virtually anywhere in Australia...  So I went to my LHS and got some plastic:

Don't know much about this kit, but the plastic looks good...and it comes with a drop tank.  Pretty sure the E-7 was the first one fitted with a drop tank.

Rubber wheels...  hmmm  How bad can it be?

'. . . my employer gave me a gift card . . .'

Far better than a git card.

Sincerely,

Mark

Just received the AIM's BF110 G4 conversion. Unfortunately it was left out in the rain so the box is a bit moist. Everything inside seems fine which is the important part I guess.

Gaz, you will like the E-4 kit. The seat and the O2 regulator are stupid inaccurate but I find the rest to be good enough. The "Week End Edition" E-1 is priced well to be a donor kit for the conversions to the earlier variants.

I received this in the mail today, decals and all. Thanks, Don, I really, really appreciate it. I also received two additional 1:48 sets from other members here;... you guys are the absolute best. Looks like it'll be "California Cutie" on my 1:32 P-38, for the show here in September, as well as one in 1:48  to hang in the basement.

I hadn't planned on getting this as I have the initial ZM release but it was 25% off so I couldn't resist.
